Balcones Dusk

To create Dusk we partnered with Hank Winery, who uses the traditional heated storage technique (estufagem) to make a beautiful estate Madeira on the gulf of Texas.

Dusk is finished exclusively in freshly dumped first-fill Haak ex-Madeira casks. Singular and dense, dark and brooding notes of roasted nuts, polish, & dried plums.
